②We understand that some customers are craftsmen/craftswomen,who make top high-grade bags (maybe like LV,etc.) or other crafts for their customers. If so, pls kindly understand that you maybe need to customize high-grade hardware (like LV,etc.).
To be honest,most of our items may not reach that top high-grade. We can totally accept any return,but to avoid your losses on returning shipping cost(Customers are responsible for roundtrip shipping). Please make sure you totally get our policy before you order.
