Each parcels come with a tracking number.

1.) Because all of our tools will be tested before we send them to you,we strive very hard to ship orders out within 1-3 business days and usually within 1 business day. Processing may occasionally take a bit longer, particularly with larger orders. We regret that same-day shipping is not available. 

2.) Each parcels come with a tracking number. But sometimes express company may change the tracking # after they arrange the shipment. So if you check that there is no tracking information on the website,pls don't worry, and contact with us at info@snapstool.com firstly,we will check with the express company,then update the new tracking # for you.Thanks.

3. ) Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 working day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

B.) Regarding return:

1.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. 

2.) We pay all shipping costs of a return if it is a result of our error (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for roundtrip shipping, and items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. 

3.) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

4.) To return your product, please email info@snapstool.com for a return authorization.

5.) Undeliverable packages returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address will incur additional shipping fees to reship. Should you choose to cancel your order rather than have it resent, a refund will be issued less actual shipping costs charged by the shipping carrier on your original package. This amount may be greater than the discounted shipping fees you paid on your order. An order confirmation email is always sent after an order is placed, and we encourage you to double check the address you provided and notify us of any errors prior to our shipping of your product.
